Lion Fight 31 Weigh-in Results: All Four Title Fighters on Point

Lion Fight 31 goes down Friday night at Foxwoods Resort Casino in Mashantucket, Conn., and two world titles will be at stake. In the main event, unbeaten Jorina Baars puts her Lion Fight welterweight title on the line against Angela Whitley while Gaston Bolanos will take on Tum Sityodtong for the promotion’s vacant super lightweight crown.

At Thursday’s weigh-ins, all of the fighters on the main card made weight, giving the night of action the green light.

Whitley was the first of the main event combatants to hit the scale and the challenger came in at 141 pounds. Baars was slightly heavier, but the champ was still on point; she tipped the scale at 143 pounds.

Both Sityodtong and Bolanos officially weighed in at 139 pounds for their title tilt.

The main card will be televised live on AXS TV beginning at 10 p.m. ET/7 p.m. PT. Lion Fight 31 will bring Muay Thai fans a total of five bouts on the main card.
