Roc Nation Sports.
The super middleweight champion announced the news on Friday through his Instagram account.
Ward (27-0, 14 KOs) is widely regarded as one of the best pound-for-pound fighters in the world, but has only fought twice since 2011 because of his ongoing legal issues with Goossen Promotions.
The Olympic gold medalist will instantly become the biggest name on the Roc Nation Sports boxing roster and will likely be at the forefront of the promotion's plans.
